I'd really appreciate you picking this up with your line manager, in your next 1-2-1, via 15 Five, or even submitting more information to us via the anonymous suggestions form. The reason we're pushing for growth as a company is to continually open up further room for progression at all levels, so this feedback is disappointing to see. Please ask your manager to work through your PDP and our competency matrix with you for your next 1-2-1 so that any lack of clarity can be addressed asap - we don't want any lack of visibility clouding your outlook of your future career here at Impression :) Thanks, Aaron

      Genuinely a people-first business

      Pros

      - Really look after people. Everybody has a voice, and are listened too - Transparency when it comes to salaries and progression - Clear development paths - Benefits are discussed and decided upon based on feedback - Lots of social groups and networks, encouraging people to get togehter for health and wellbeing reasons - Focused on results, and rewarding good results

      Cons

      - If it's possible to be too nice, maybe this is it. Sometimes need to ensure results are being met by challenging individuals
