Pros

Plenty of good projects help build a portfolio.

Cons

A big con? The fact the company had to write false glowing reviews to balance out the honest ones. Senior management has created an inner circle, and literally slam doors in your face if you are not in it. This immature behavior creates an every-man-for-himself office culture filled with self-serving coworkers, and doesn't make up a comfortable work environment. The tension in the air is palpable. People look stressed out because they are. Those with deep experience or are unwilling to elbow coworkers leave within months. People who want to be associated with "art" but are not artists keep on, as do people who haven't had other jobs to know better. The projects mask the horrors beneath. Beware of wannabe artists with egos to match.

I feel like I owe it to the public

Pros

Cool projects. Young people. Potential to be a great place to work.

Cons

Young people. Moronic biz structure that feels like a startup. No protection. Only people who do project work are deemed assets to the company. Unfortunately, the people who run the company make very poor decisions in many aspects. Ask any former employee. One of which was hiring the former president, who was nothing short of a bully and kind of an idiot. They spent money in 2019 like they were a big company ... awkward.
