Pros

Back when I started, InCharge had a different vision of where they were going. Due to difficult market conditions, change in US administration, new CEO, the vision had to change to increase chances of success. I see it as a positive that company can adapt to ensure greatest chances of success instead of living on the glory days until business runs out. That was the case with a lot other hardware heavy competitors that went out of business. InCharge has established a clear vision that focuses on market needs. CEO is hands on and approacheable. Anybody can reach out to him for ideas and questions. I often texted back and forth him. He has a direct, but friendly way of communicating. Company has a lot of high performers who have been around for many years. Even though layoffs have to happen sometimes, performers who are adaptable, who bring ideas, and are open to learn more to help are still there. I would definetaly come back if opportunity comes up.

Cons

Some people don't like fast pace environment that requires to adapt to changes. Others want to come in, get their book of SOPs and do their job. InCharge is not that company. You have to be high performer and have positive relationships with employees to be successful. I see some people bringing up nepotism. There was some of that friends and family a while back, but most of that was gone when I left. Only 1 or 2 employees were still there and they are really good workers, so there's a reason why they're there.
