      Pros

      The modality is quite flexible; you can choose to take on as many or as few students as you like. You have a lot of independence in your work.

      Cons

      You're paid in milestones (usually 1-3 months), not per meeting. The bonus for client sign-ups is quite low. The expectations are a bit confusing working with different families and progress managers.
