Pros
The novelty of being able to work on what I care about hasn't worn off yet, and I don't think it will for a long while! The team at InPlanet are a hard-to-find mixture of lovely, hardworking, and talented, and the culture here is fantastic. The company is genuinely committed to making remote work effective, and it shows—engagement levels are remarkably high. The high degree of trust and thoughtful team touch points make day-to-day work an absolute pleasure.
Cons
Working at an early stage startup, and in a company in an impactful industry, comes with a tradeoff with regard to compensation/benefits.
