      Great work-life balance with some space constraints

      Pros

      Good work life balance, salary paid on time, engagement activities and events are conducted to unwind, promotions are fair, good infrastructure, warm welcome given, no hierarchy you can talk to leaders openly. Sessions on mindfulness conducted are helpful, lunch and learn program helps to cross skill, AI certificate is mandated.

      Cons

      Space constraints and network issue at time. Otherwise all good.

      Pros

      Got my promotion. I had worked really hard this year and it did not go unnoticed. Thanks to my managers and HR. I am having a great time learning and making an impact.

      Cons

      Good place to work with. Grass is always greener on the other side, so ignore the minor concerns. Focus on what is good.
