Pros

Good investment in training and development - if your face fits

Cons

Company still run like a small business, despite management structure one or two people make the decisions and ultimately people with 'director' in their job title are not allowed to direct anything. Try to run with the big boys but ultimately too unprofessional and clunky to succeed. No investment in or value placed on back of office functions, everything run on bare minimum levels and with no customer service (customers being the employees) ethos.

Competitive salary, with some good people within the business (although few are far in-between)

Cons

Senior management team do not have good knowledge of HR process, nor do they treat they’re management team with dignity and respect.

Friendly environment and great team, recognition, basic needs are met, unity.

Cons

No potential for development, despite hard work, getting stuck in one job role is more likely than growing. You never know what your client is made of.
