      Pros

      The company culture is supportive and collaborative, with team members who genuinely help each other out. Work-life balance is excellent—reasonable hours, no regular overtime, and management respects your personal time. The management is transparent, communicates clearly, listens to employee concerns, and provides fair professional growth opportunities. I'd recommend Inceptive Consulting to others looking for a healthy work environment where you can grow professionally without burning out. It was a positive experience overall.

      Some good teammates and short-term learning exposure which is still not worth it I feel for long run

      Frequent layoffs, lack of ethics, unstable management, poor planning.
