Thank you for the feedback! As our organization grows we are excited for our future but know that doesn’t come without challenges. We are proud of our colleagues’ resilience and the time they invest being involved with our organization’s initiatives. It is with this effort that we continue to flourish and attrition/overturn rates continue in a downward trend. We always welcome constructive feedback and suggestions on strengthening our values: Partnership, Respect, Innovation, Integrity, Development, and Excellence.

Pros

Co workers are nice and welcoming.

Cons

The company just let 55 people go. This isn't a secret, it's public knowledge. There is a lot of fear about who's next. There is little clear direction from management, and lots of micro managing. Management does not appreciate your input. There are a lot of staff who continue to leave. I'll be looking elsewhere too and I've been here more than 5 years. Since the merger all had changed. Too much management/Admin, you've lost touch with what's important.

Thank you for your feedback, we are always looking for ways to improve as an organization. We have recently experienced changes within our structure but feel it necessary to ensure we find continued success for our employees, members, and communities. We did merge three organizations in January of 2017, to ensure that our members and colleagues all over the state could continue to count on us for both care and employment. We continue to listen to our feedback from our staff, and even have forums set up for first and third quarter of 2018, to hear from our valuable employees. Should you want to discuss in further detail, would be happy to discuss at your convenience, we are always open to conversation. Thank you for your review.

Pros

Flexible schedule Many work from home opportunities

Cons

The HR department (calling themselves TLC) spends more time on frilly names and acronyms to make the company's terrible benefits and lack of substance seem happier. Inclusa is the result of a merger between 3 companies that was finalized nearly 3 years ago. The TLC department still has not created standard job descriptions for any positions or do e a wage analysis to get employees of similar responsibilities on similar pay scales. The only raise anyone has received since the merger was a 2% increase at the beginning of this year. Whenever TLC has a physical presence in an office, everyone knows someone is getting fired. We can always count on seeing someone being walked out or expect an email announcing someone has "parted ways" with Inclusa after we see someone from the TLC department. I have maintained relationships with some of the people that have been let go and most of them were surprised about being in the position of being let go and there wasn't always a reason given for the dismissal. Upper management created a side "consulting" company called Innova. The only employees of this new company are at the Chief level of management and the common perception is that this is how the upper level executives are giving themselves a raise without having a larger paycheck from Inclusa so they can also claim they are not getting any raises, just like everyone else. Hopefully this is not the case, but that is how it is perceived.
