      Great co-workers, work life balance

      Senior management is full of incompetent folks that don't have the right training or education to do their jobs. Most make over the $200k have no clue what's going on. It's a shame Rick would allow these folks to still be a part of his team. If the government ever ponies up the large amount of money they owe ICS, he should really consider cleaning house and getting some decent senior staff. Sadly most don't share his vision or the best interest of ICS at heart. They barely show up to work, or are "working from home" but never get around to responding to emails. I think deep down he probably already knows this, but is not comfortable shaking things up.

      Pros

      They state their mission on their website as, "helping people with disabilities and chronic conditions remain healthy and independent, at home, in their communities." Despite every financial pressure to do the opposite, they stick to that mission and have always found the most effective ways to do so with what they have. They've built up an incredible amount of experience in this field.

      Cons

      In this sector, resources are very strained. There's so much you wish you could do, or do better, but there is a limit.
