      No other option, to gather worst experience, to know what mistake I did and why did, how to see politics and suffer...

      Cons

      Politics , dump and weak sorry impotent management, no any system, poor quality promoters, hire and fire policies,no appraisal for quality person , only internal suffering,,..avoid at all cost...
