Pros
Great team of people on site! No day is the same. This is a small park with great history and dedicated guests. Small town with great things in town and nearby.
Cons
Challenging environment to work in from time to time. You need to learn to be creative with what you have as resources for new can be limited. The home office wants to be involved with day to day processes, but are often so removed from the reality of the situation it becomes difficult for them to provide useful guidance and can become a hindrance verses an asset.
