- Good dental benefits - flexible hours

Cons

- poor management - poor leadership - they don't expect you to work on your off time, but you'd still end up having to do so - lack of manpower, but still expects everything to be done in a nick of time. - Give it a year and realize you hit a wall, and there is no way to grow.
