The company is dishonest and only cares about placements and employees are pressured to lie in order to get one. High turnover. Extra long hours. Fear of using “unlimited PTO”. Micromanagement. Childish work conditions. No future growth for the company and lack of future client prospects.

No HR department. Minimal commissions, excessive micromanagement, unattainable metrics, manipulative use of PTO, absence of trust, ever-shifting and unstable teams, inadequate hiring standards, inappropriate leadership conduct, and an excessive emphasis on rapid growth at the detriment of employee and client well-being. Prioritization of personal gain without regard for others. Lack of training.
