Don't Do It!

Pros

Pay is decent and the other employees on your level are cool to work with.

Cons

Everyone from CEO's, EVP's, SVP's, Directors, are all sneaky, unfair and conniving. I have never worked for a bunch of low life individuals in my life. They don't even try to connect with the staff to see what can be made better or what they like about the company, which is not much. They will have you to think it is the best company ever but don't believe it if you get an interview with them. Always watch your back around them and never trust them AT ALL!

First - thank you for taking your time to leave us feedback regarding your views on working here. We take all feedback seriously, and appreciate the opportunity to look into your experiences shared below. We're happy to hear you worked here so long. We work very hard to have open communication with employees so everyone may raise concerns while they are working with us. We aim to listen, to share open discussion, and hopefully to make improvements. I apologize if you did not feel comfortable bringing this to our attention during your employment. We have an open door policy, but understand that direct feedback can be difficult to share. We have an anonymous suggestion box for those who do not wish to be named. We participate in semi-annual surveys each year to help us identify issues early so we can work proactively with our employees. Our ultimate aim is to foster an environment that an open and engaged groups of employees want to be a part of, and to provide them multiple outlets to voice their opinions in the manner most comfortable to them.

Pros

Great pay On site gym Company match 401k

Cons

The majority of people are eventually fired or leave the company. Out of 400 employees i recall only one person ever retiring. When you are in the “Matrix” the “family culture” seems authentic. They love stats, pie charts, graphs, numbers and analytics at Infinte so ask them: In the last 20 years how many people were: -Fired -Left the company -Retired -Promoted (and currently employed) Get that % then break it down into gender, and race. Numbers tell you the truth so brace yourself.

First, thank you for sharing your feedback and for your decade-long tenure with Infinite Energy. You highlighted some of the pros that have earned Infinite Energy a spot among Outside Magazine’s Best 100 companies to work for in the US, Florida Trend Magazine’s 25 Best Companies to work for in Florida, and most recently, the title of Best Employer by the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce. We firmly believe we could not have such a positive environment here without the amazing contributions of our employees. We rely on their open feedback to continue to meet their needs and to improve. Because of our serious appreciation for feedback, we maintain an electronic suggestion box which employees can use anonymously to communicate directly with the executive team. These pieces of feedback are discussed within the executive team and often communicated in our monthly company-wide town halls, which is another vehicle of direct communication between the executive team and our employees. We hope your utilized this avenue, or our open door policy with leaders and HR, to share you concerns during your time here as we appreciate the opportunity for a dialogue. That said, we're grateful to have received your concerns now. Throughout our over 20 years in business we have worked, and continue to work, diligently in developing our employees. That said, we also celebrate their success as they embark on new opportunities: internal or external. Ultimately, and as our Culture Statement states, we want all employees to succeed and live up to their potential, whether they do this at Infinite Energy or elsewhere. We are grateful for your 10 years of service and your contributions during this time. We hope that your new professional endeavors provide you with the opportunities that you seek to reach your personal and professional goals. Thank you!

Pros

Lot's of YouTube and leisure time. Culture is extremely laid back. There is an onsite gym with shower. The gym is very well equipped and comparable to a Planet Fitness in regards to equipment variety, quality, and free-weights. There's even dedicated "wellness coordinator."

Cons

Compensation and PTO is poor. It's very difficult to break the status quo with new ideas, products, self-initiatives, etc.
