First, thank you for sharing your feedback and for your decade-long tenure with Infinite Energy. You highlighted some of the pros that have earned Infinite Energy a spot among Outside Magazine’s Best 100 companies to work for in the US, Florida Trend Magazine’s 25 Best Companies to work for in Florida, and most recently, the title of Best Employer by the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce. We firmly believe we could not have such a positive environment here without the amazing contributions of our employees. We rely on their open feedback to continue to meet their needs and to improve. Because of our serious appreciation for feedback, we maintain an electronic suggestion box which employees can use anonymously to communicate directly with the executive team. These pieces of feedback are discussed within the executive team and often communicated in our monthly company-wide town halls, which is another vehicle of direct communication between the executive team and our employees. We hope your utilized this avenue, or our open door policy with leaders and HR, to share you concerns during your time here as we appreciate the opportunity for a dialogue. That said, we're grateful to have received your concerns now. Throughout our over 20 years in business we have worked, and continue to work, diligently in developing our employees.
