Being in the Energy sector there is a great deal of volatility in revenue which has resulted in massive layoffs. New management has taken over which appears to be more concerned with short term goals rather than long term investment.
Great pay and amazing benefits. Coworkers are awesome to work with. They also provided us with a lot of training opportunities, as well as trips to conferences.
