      Great environment. Lots of experienced people Flexible hours Snacks You can get any technical book you want. Paid certifications in your area of expertise

      Projects are a little bit boring. New members are forgotten in bench until they get assigned. Stack is not so great

      Pros

      - There is a really relaxed environment in the office - If you want to switch from one technology to another one, they let you ( and they give you projects) But is up to you to catch on. - There are some interesting projects going on. - If you want a third party certification, you get it, if it is relevant to your career plan.

      Cons

      - You can spend a time on bench. - There are some projects really heavy and demanding.
