      Great until it’s not great

      Pros

      Was very warmly welcomed when I first started. Was praised for even the little things. Was given some cool opportunities in the beginning.

      Cons

      It doesn’t take much for management to turn on you. Not listen, not give you the benefit of the doubt. CEO is a coward who talks behind your back with anyone who will listen and tells lies to your face. She’s a gossip and launched this company as a hobby. Let people come and go. Don’t track how long they are out of the office. Have trust. If someone is 5 mins late because of traffic, big deal. I’m sure they are making it up at night and on weekends.

      - Large office spaces, which is nice - Fully stocked kitchen and the ability to ask for foods you like, must be grocery store

      Cons

      - Management is extremely passive aggressive - Hours are awful, if you value no work life balance, you'll love it here... - Do you like eating out for lunch? That's over. They have a large kitchen so it's expected you eat breakfast, and maybe even dinner there..again, passive aggressive behavior returns when you step out for even a few minutes -Micromanagement is peak here.. - Too many meetings that are pointless and take up time so then you end up having to stay late on days when you came in early to get work done... - Low pay for high expectations and hours

      I've worked for the company for several years, and have always appreciated how forward thinking the executive leadership has been in terms of strategy and growth. As a remote employee working in sales, my position is ideal for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, which is welcomed and encouraged at Influence Central. I have had the opportunity to get involved with everyone from major CPG brands to emerging start-ups in a very exciting industry. Our CEO is a true leader and an intrepid spirit who fosters and encourages growth, creativity, and personal development. I am proud to be an employee of this company.

      Cons

      Only one that is affecting many companies and positions these days is that there is no 401K match.
