It is a pathetic organization to work for. They dont tell their work description properly and they do not tell about the targets. Basically its sales disguise as research. They have new batch hiring every month because no-one stays here after 3 months. Either they fire for not fulfilling their targets or the employee leaves because of too much work pressure. The target i intolerable and no-one supports the employee. Management only want revenue done so you have to be active on weekends, after office hours etc. If you want to make career in sales and unnecessary burden is adjustable for you then you can join the company otherwise this is very pathetic organization to work for.

Senior management is the ruling hunters, if you are not their favourite then nothing else matters. Operations head, VPs make fool out of the CEO and CEO never gets the clear image. Only targets to be achieved else get kicked off. Even if you are 6 year old in the company.
