      Coworkers are supportive and friendly.

      True compliance is next to impossible because reporting and regulations are routinely overlooked or ignored in favor of desired actions and outcomes.

      Pros

      remote three days, in office 2 days. Office people are usually nice. Company buys lunch once per week (used to be twice). Good benefits (expensive too) !

      Cons

      Management and owners are not competent. Promote from within those who do not have any experience. AC always fails during the hot summer month. July 2025 - all month no AC !
