      Love my job, hate my salary

      Pros

      I have a fantastic manager who really goes to bat for employees. Otherwise see the cons.

      Cons

      There has been a salary freeze for about 4 years. Family owned company is family run company which places family members in positions they aren't qualified for. Little room for advancement. Outdated, clunky Websites don't reflect well.

      Flexible hours and relaxed atmosphere.

      No raise in eight years. That alone speaks for itself.

      Pros

      Very lax atmosphere and work load. Generous time off. Manage yourself. Friendly co-workers. Make your own hours. I don't hate coming to work.

      Cons

      Not challenging. Dated infostructures. No idea where the company is going because it's definitely not developing.
