Job indoors. Great work environment Great for the first job

The most part of salary come for OT (4 hours in a 12hrs) Reduction of benefits over the time. Hour under paid in comparation for the similar position in others companies. No chance to grow up.

It was good in the beginning then they showed their true colours
Cons
No off days if you get sick, have a funeral or any emergency, money was deducted from your salary based on abswnt days. No health,funeral insurance. There were no other benefits besides the salary which could be deducted if you missed a day or failed to submit a number of candidates a day
