Nice work environment Work-life balance is great, stimulating work with a lot of time left to take care of your personal life as well.

Cons

They are currently working on collecting data more efficiently but there are still a ton of pipelines to be made and a need to modernize. Maybe not enough communication across the company for what is being made by other teams, which has already resulted a few times in double work / different teams building a same product.
