Its been more than 10 years still they are not yet enough mature to manage there workforce. They laid off almost 25% of people across the organization which is without any notice whether you are good performing or old employee. All above recent 4+ rating reviews are fake HR will give you fake promises while joining. They operate like service based organization. If you are looking for stability don't join this organization.

Frequent layoffs. Management is not good. Poor work life balance. Very tight deadlines. Pay is average. Micromanaging at peak.
