This is to inform all those who are reading this review that this is a fake review because there is no such designation as SAP Developer in our organization and the information provided in the review is false information. Few points are highlighted over here pertaining to the above feedback being fake : 1. As on date, none of the employees have resigned which shows that we have a very positive work culture and a healthy working environment. 2. The primary objective of our HR policies and procedures is to create a working environment, which makes provision of support and assistance to the employees to build up self-esteem and self-confidence. 3. We celebrate employee birthdays and work anniversaries. 4. We provide additional benefits to all our employees such as PF and health insurance. 5. We provide them with Holidays on all public holidays as per the Holiday List of the company. 6. The Leave Policy provides 10 Casual Leaves, 7 Sick Leaves and 14 Privilege Leaves in a calendar year apart from the public holidays. 7. Saturday/Sundays are fixed off. 8. We are a performance oriented company, hence employees who are not performing are put in Performance Improvement Plan(PIP). In spite of our efforts , if he/she is unable to come out of PIP , then they are terminated. 9. All offices with good infrastructure have CCTV cameras installed for security reasons. 10. We are a professional organization with team members working across multiple projects simultaneously from different locations across the globe and hence we keep ourselves abreast with the various latest software and technologies for managing the team.
