The people that work there are amazing. Unfortunately, most of them have moved on to greener pastures.

Cons

You will never get a raise. You will be expected to work long hours and weekends, with no compensation. The owners do not care about their employees, and will routinely yell at them in front of others. At the start of 2020, they cut the health insurance without telling anyone. When employees brought up insurance concerns in a company meeting, they lied to our faces and said that everything was fine.

Regarding your feedback on the termination of our old healthcare package; it is always a goal within executive leadership to filter honest communications back down to our teams. It is not always perfect, but we are committed. And, we are constantly working on how to better inform employees and how to provide the best workplace imaginable. We are unhappy to hear your feelings regarding being treated like a replaceable part. Upward mobility is a key focus of our company and we are proud of our track record. The list of people who grow their career at Inhance is impressive and we are sorry that you did not get a chance to grow your career with us.

Started off as a very entrepreneurial company with lots of potential and opportunity for growth, but that has dissipated.

Cons

Embarrassingly low pay, rampant discrimination and nepotism, micro-micro management, extremely restrictive environment, no opportunities for growth unless you are one of management's puppets. Maturity and skill level go unnoticed. Prior experience goes unnoticed. INTELLIGENCE... unnoticed. This job is fine if you're right out of high school and still live with your parents. Otherwise, don't bother.

Cons

Good luck getting paid on time. If you’re freelance good luck getting paid at all. The owners and the finance department are super sketchy. Creative directors are rude and condescending and act like spoiled children. One of them threw a chair during a meeting and was never reprimanded for it. If you go to HR about any of this stuff they will tell you your concerns are invalid or somehow your own fault, which is really messed up. If you want to stay mentally stable stay away from this place.
