Pros
After a traumatising experience with my previous employer (also a startup), joining Inheaden felt like a breath of fresh air. The environment here is positive, respectful, and supportive. The company promotes flexibility, which allows me to balance work and personal life. Leaders are approachable and genuinely care about employees’ well-being and success.
Cons
A few processes are still evolving, but the team is open to feedback and always working to improve.
