Office Culture is more doing, than saying

Pros

- Snacks, dogs, coffee - Lunch and learns, occasional office lunches - $500 yearly tattoo allowance, some very good in house and artists brought in - Mostly very nice and sociable people, same goes for certain upper management

Cons

- Disorganization between certain managers. Some are very good, some display blatant nepotism . - Lack of clear communication, mixed messages throughout continuously - Some of the dogs are horribly trained and get in the way

Thanks for the feedback and review. We totally agree that communication is an important issue, especially in the operations side of the business, where it looks like you worked. It's been a challenge as we've moved fast, and from what we understand, not an uncommon thing for a company to experience at our stage. From our vantage point, we can't recall a campaign that was unnecessarily rushed, but I think the fact that we have a different view of that shows a misalignment on communication - you clearly felt some things were rushed. So, point taken. Going forward, we'll be defaulting to overcommunication across all squads and divisions at inkbox. Your feedback is part of the reason for this, and part of our overall growing process, so thank you.

Where to begin... If you’re looking to go into a dark depression look no further, join the inkfam. The dysfunctional family that doesn’t care about your mental or physical well-being! Zero job security. Rats, bed bugs and roaches all found within the premise yet poorly dealt with. HR is a joke, vapid and daft. Underpaid. Late compensation reviews. Petty upper management. Highly recommend you run from this place. This company speaks for itself, fake and temporary. “Be real” and “Better than yesterday” are a couple of the company’s “pillars” yet everyday working here is darker than the last. People are left scarred, literally the tattoos have left me with permanent scars. Hey but, I guess that’s real.

All benefits provided as pros were taken sway months after hiring, a low wage, inconsistent hours, and part time workers to avoid giving employees benefits while also scheduling 10 hour days.I’m a trans person. At one point they asked me to change my name. Not okay.
