      - Pay is well below industry standard - Management is too busy protecting their siloes to see the bigger picture - You've heard of Traditional, Agile, and Hybrid Project Delivery - Inlogik goes one better and embraces 'Chaos.' - Executive Management is clueless - Too much of tacit knowledge held by individuals for political leverage

Certain senior technical roles exhibit concerning patterns: creating deliberately opaque systems, assigning ambiguous tasks without support, then blaming employees for underperformance. Gaslighting is commonplace.
