Forget systems and processes—the real issue lies in the people occupying leadership roles. That’s the primary reason this company isn't growing.
This company claims to be in advertising, but they do not run real campaigns. Leadership, including mid-level managers, lacks a clear understanding of marketing strategies and content frameworks. The company is a PRIME example of poor leadership and internal politics.
There are no proper handovers, no accountability, and no structured communication. The workplace thrives on bias, favoritism, and people-pleasing culture. Creativity, sincerity, and honesty hold no value here. Instead, superficial behavior, bootlicking, and informal groupism define the day-to-day.
Work culture is deeply unpleasant. There’s more time spent on smoke breaks and gossip than on productivity. Some team members flaunt appearances while avoiding actual contributions—and still get favored.
One single client project (ABC) was enough to show how politics dominates over merit. Imagine hearing this from a senior leader:
"Furniture ki tarah rakhunga, kaam nahi dunga. Teri integrity ka kya hoga?"
This was said to someone who simply chose to resign after facing unfair treatment and stood up to preserve their dignity.
Instead of resolving issues, the management goes into defensive mode and immediately pushes employees out. They have even manipulated probation periods to remove employees forcefully without due process.
Leaders are indecisive, impractical, and lack strategic thinking. Most have little to no understanding of what true content strategy means or how to deliver results with clarity and integrity. They rely solely on ChatGPT, with no structured content planning in place. This is not a creative agency—there is no room for creativity or original campaign ideas.
If you have experience and value your individuality, DO NOT join this company. They do not value credibility, ethics, or employee well-being. Leadership uses people, and internal politics is rampant.
Despite claiming to specialize in employer branding, they fail to provide basic respect or support to employees.
Even candidates who appear for interviews have reported terrible experiences. Please take reviews on job portals seriously before deciding to join.
In short:
- Poor leadership
- No career growth
- No learning
- No ethics
- No creativity
Better to stay unemployed than join such a toxic and unprofessional organization. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to freshers..and to experienced professionals...please don’t even consider it!!!
