Can't think of any. Horrible experience.

Cons

Salary is never on time. Employees can go for over 2 months without being paid. Would have to stay back even after working hours. HR is extremely incapable of performing even the basest of tasks. Indulges in way too much politics. Putting employees against one another.

First of all when you are in your training phase, you don't even actually know about the company. Second, to ensure sincerity while learning, we don't provide study material. Third, Innolabz is a venture group, and Hotel is definitely one of our business. But, sadly, you haven't researched about our other businesses well. And, please learn the definition of fraud before putting allegations on the company. As an employee, please also analyse your contribution in company's growth.

There are no Pros in this company. * They just make money by scamming students. * There is no project or work in this company.

There are infinity cons in this company. * They will take money from students in the name of Accommodation. * They tell us that they won't provide any salary for 3 months. * They won't even call you to office for work. * In the training part you won't even learn single thing from this company. * They will tell you that , you won't have pay the electricity bill and they will charge you 2000 Rs per month. * Overall this company is just a Biggest Scam of 2021.
