      Pros

      The ability to experience a wide variety of technologies and very large data sets was great. The Engineering team worked very well together, especially considering the limited resources. My skills increased a lot during my time there.

      Cons

      There never seemed to be an actual plan for business development, so a lot of projects were temporarily abandoned to pursue "emergencies" which were created by the lack of planning. There were random issues with payroll. Vacation policies were inconsistent as were reviews and raises.

      Company that Take Advantage of its Employees

      Pros

      Nothing to mention; I worked there for five days, and I resigned after I realized how they take advantage of their employees.

      Cons

      I had a technical issue that lasts more than a day. Per their policy, I was able to bill only 30 minutes. I literally blocked the entire day for them, waiting for them to fix the issue, and they paid me only 30 minutes. Furthermore, when we finished all the batches and were waiting on more, they refused to pay us because we were not working. Let's think about it; if this were in person project, they would have paid us whether there was work or not. When I mentioned that to my supervisor, she said one of the perks for working from home that we can do what we want if there was downtime at work???!!

      Pros

      Some of the people are nice to work with. Good location, the area has really developed over the years with its restaurants etc.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Work\life balance is horrible. Upper management has their favorites. Equipment is outdated Upper management do not trust their personnel
