      Very flexible, supportive of families, fast-paced environment with a lot of opportunity for learning and agility as the company is growing.

      Cons

      It is a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving, which I like, but not everyone does.

      Lots of exciting plans that don't really pan out

      There were countless great people that I worked with.

      Cons

      Middle to Upper management (right below the owner and president, who are wonderful) is where everything wilted at this company. Lots of exciting initiatives that don't seem to pan out since middle management is more interested in playing politics than they are in growing the company. It is a very "reactive" culture.
