-Communication:
Nonexistent. Unless you are one of the handful of "trusted" managers. Your suggestions and concerns will not be answered. Many of the employees have great ideas and suggestions, but none of the upper management will give them a second thought.
-Office Culture:
While the casual atmosphere of the company may seem attractive at first, prepare to be disappointed. The office is serious, depressing, and silent since talking to one another is unrecommended. Most employees will give you one reason or another on how they settled for this company, rather than being passionate about the work. Most employees are/will become very bitter.
-Work:
Think of an assembly line in a factory. That's how this company is operated. There is little to no room for creativity and innovation. Quality doesn't matter. Simply do what the managers/boss say and pray that you have enough patience to do the same mindless, draining, busy work for months until your boss comes up with another idea. You're better off learning what you think you would at the company from books, Youtube, or other online courses.
-Salary:
Very low with bare minimum benefits. The company makes a fair bit of money, but most of it goes to the boss or the handful of selected mangers. The rest of the employees will receive a less than average salary.
Core Values:
None. While the company boasts an importance on education and language learning, what matters most for the boss is taking customer's money quickly and regularly. There is no transparency in the operations. Unethical marketing schemes, strategies, and cutting corners are the priority, not making quality language content for customers. Not progressive at all.
