      Awful and unprofessional place to work let alone learn.

      Pros

      If you enjoy working in an office with recovering or not-recovering drug addicts then THIS is the place to hang your career hat.

      Cons

      The company has potential however the longest serving staff are former drug addicts. The bullpen is a place where you will be yelled and cursed at while the owner/President does nothing. In past jobs management has their thumb on the pulse of the sales & recruiting - rewarding employee's where warranted. IMS Group squeezed the life out of staff and gave nothing close to praise or reward for hard work.

      This was one of the worst places I have ever worked at. Never experience a Manager like that before.

      Pros

      Some of the people made it enjoyable. I learnt a bunch about the recruitment industry by being thrown to the wolves.

      Cons

      The president Michael Grady (Shady Grady) is the worst manager. He is rude, greedy and has no problem talking about people behind their backs to everyone. Not to mention he also verbally harasses people on a regular. Unless you are a complete snake like him you wont get along. ITS STRAIGHT COMMISISON AND HE TAKES forever to pay you.

      Pros

      You learn a lot about the industry fast when thrown to the wolves. Commission structure has potential to earn good money but you have to place a lot of candidates to get off getting paid minimum wage. The job trains you to be entrepreneur to have your own business.

      Cons

      The president expects way too much from people he hires without any experience. Jumping into doing recruitment and business development at the same time without any experience is impossible. Swearing at them and belittling them doesn't make them any better. Just makes them worry more about placing themselves than their candidates. No base salary. Just a draw of $11/hr that gets subtracted from your commissions. Bad life balance unless you like being stuck on minimum wage.
