Inovonics is a great company to work for, the people and teams are above and beyond. Everyone is personally invested in the success of this company. Although we’re a larger or at least medium sized business that’s publicly traded, we operate and feel like a small family business. Everyone knows one and other, and it feels good that our products help people.
Cons
Like many other companies in our industry, we greatly suffered from supply chain issues. We’ve had ups and downs, but fortunately this never meant laying off employees, but it did mean tightening budgets and doing more with less which is always challenging.
Small, agile company with 100+ products in Security and Senior Living markets. Products with a 30 year proven track record of saving lives and keeping people safe. Interesting work with mentorship and ability to change job positions.
Cons
So much growth and development going on that sometimes "context switching" is an issue.
