Pros

None so far! This company is a waste of time. Don't be fooled by the "marketing and entry level" title that they use.

Cons

They make it look all professional on the job description, but when you go to interview they tell you the job is something else. You are basically a sales person for this company working on less than minimum wage. Such a SCAM!! Be aware!!!

Pros

Great team work. Collaboration on projects was always encouraged which created a great work environment. The clients were always great to work with, as well.

Cons

Unfortunately, this job is more of a scam than a job. Everything is constantly changing and people get laid off all the time. The owner tells employees what they want to hear, then fires them two days later. The job itself isn't too stressful, but the lack of job security is. Also, the pay is awful and they don't offer any benefits. I would not work at Insight Practice Solutions or Insight Marketing Solutions again.

Great Team, Poor Working Conditions

Pros

Great team, full of talented, bright individuals. The work itself is also enjoyable and harassment is not tolerated here. There is a sense of harmony, and everyone seems to enjoy working with each other. You will also learn a lot because the Marketing Manager knows a lot and is very passionate about his job.

Cons

The pay is extremely low, and you are expected to give your life to the company. You are not allowed to have a life, and you get nothing in return. This is mainly driven by the owner of the company. He tries to squeeze as much out of his employees as he possibly can. Does not value his employees, but realizes that if he doesn't try and make them feel valued, they will not be loyal to the company, so does small token gestures like offering a free massage or spending $8 on an employee for a night at the Improv. There is no health insurance, no 401k, no decent pay, no overtime, and no flexibility. Tells employees that if they're not being paid well and/or valued, it's because they're not working hard enough yet. One employee needed a life/death operation, and instead of letting her relax and recover, the owner was bragging to everyone that she was still on her laptop working from her hospital bed. Everyone also has respiratory problems in the office because the air quality is so bad. There was a mold problem that doesn't seem to have been fixed yet. Anyone who stays here long, doesn't realize their value and is definitely selling themselves short. I'm not writing this to be vindictive. I'm not a disgruntled employee. I bought into it for a little while until I wised up. I feel bad for leaving my team and am writing this to inform them.
