      Pros

      Nothing, only if you want to show some experience in IT industry, you can join this fraud company run by fools!

      Cons

      HR is a sweeper boy. From housekeeping he was made to run errands. Manipulator, he uses every resources to his advantage. It's a family run company, full of fools. From HR to Directors, every one is having several family members into the company's rolls. They cheat clients and staff as well. No proper HR management, just hire and fire policy. Copy cats. They steal ideas from other companies by hiring the past employees.

      nothing much to say about insoft. Good environment but still lacks quality people with positive frame of mind.

      good exposure in learning new technologies. no training , people need to ,learn by themselves.

      Totally waste to work in this Company

      I Was worked more than 10 years in this company, They are frauds , they don't pay the salary , Giving Wrong Promises , Event they wont pay your PF amount completely in PF office, No proper salary structure, There is no Favor for Employee. Project Managers are totally waste, They are doing the Outside project inside the companies and use the Insoft employee itslef, the team like tagora, Exuvis are taken the by the old employees and these clients are under their control, So this is the capability of this Management. Regarding HR : He is Zero.
