      While I had a truly positive experience working alongside my coworkers—who were supportive, collaborative, and a joy to work with—But decisions from ownership prioritized personal interests over the well-being of the company.

      Cons

      They hire you under false pretences. The "owner" is extremely unethical, lacks accountability, responsibility, and exhibits immoral behavior. You feel valued until you're the company's scapegoat for the mistakes the owner makes, and your employment could be terminated at any time without warning or a justifiable reason.....
