Pros

Most of the engineers know what they are doing and their skill level is above average compared to other companies in the same space. So you will get to learn a lot from your peers.

Cons

The working environment is too competitive and the tech leadership is a bit pushy and expect too much from the employees, sometimes when it's not actually required.
