- There's an obvious amount of bias towards outsourcing / contractors, there's little faith on the 'main team' in the company itself.
- Pay rates are very middle-of-the-road, there's no competitive edge with working for a different company for potentially better rates, the company 'benefits' don't really make up the difference either.
- It feels like the company has been on a downward spiral for some time, despite starting off on a strong footing, things have changed for the worse.
- For a technology company, there's a lot of antiquated tech or refusal to keep up with the ever-marching pace of tech in the industry.
