- daily tea time - generous PTO - positive quality of life - beautiful location

- no room to grow (in most departments) - culture is mostly inclusive to academics - poor inter-departmental communication - surprisingly bureaucracy for its size - favoritism/nepotism keeps more qualified/competent individuals from being hired - compensation lower than industry standard - ineffective middle management - year pay increases barely keep up with inflation
