No management ethics, here CEO is everything, no motivation, no employee benefits, no career growth, no promotions, no increments, no project and zero clients and there is nothing at all, CEO will ask employees to leave the company as it is in loss and the exit formalities will never be done, no track on salaries, its been pending since few months, when called HR no proper response, I regret working here.

1) No apparition 2) No salary/wages for more than 3 months 3) All most no employees 4) No in house or out house project 5) They don’t have technical employees as per now 6) CEO trying to cheat employees by stopping payment to employees 7) No women safety 8) No employee benefits 9) No ESI, PF, annual bonus OR employee insurance 10) Turnover is very less 11) Any one is ready for free service they can join with them 12) They collected money from fresher’s for providing employment 13) HR team left means company will dis-appears
