      location, coworkers, freedom of how to do your job, you set your pace, not a customer service job, all your concerns will be heard

      A deceiving company that trys to take advantage of college students, writers, communications majors. Tell employees its a writing job when its actually a soliciting job where all you do all day is make outbound calls. Management is incompetent. Nepotist company.

      Pros

      I have been employed with IMS for 5 years. In these years I have not only grown, but i have seen the growth of the company. I have been blessed to be with a company that shows compassion and has a listening ear when you have an idea to share. Upper management always has an open door policy, which is something I value. They value their employees and they openly express when a job is well done. I personally could not ask for a better company to work for.
