They are letting all of the good people go without trying to retain them. Work/life balance is ridiculously poor. Management constantly reminds employees how most of the people that work there are "idiots" and that the clients are "stupid." Most managers do not manage (the good ones left). DevOps is so far behind technically. All employees are so disgruntled that it makes the day to day difficult.

• Lack of upward mobility • Illusions of a growth plan that doesn't exist • Unapologetically inadequate pay • Drinking in the office starts every day around 3pm... (Maybe a pro for some people. If you're not a heavy drinker, this probably is going to become more of a nuisance to you than anything else if you're actually trying to get things done)
