Pros
Positive and collaborative environment, hard-working culture. Amazingly big financial clients for a small firm. Software Engineering work is interesting and always challenging. Individual merit is highly recognized, no politics at play. Salary and benefits are very competitive for Manhattan, NYC standards. Recent hiring has had a very positive and productive impact on the company products and growth.
Cons
Being in a hard working environment is good but may affect a bit the life/work balance.

I have been working at IntegriDATA for a few years and sincerely enjoy it here. There is a lot of opportunity if you're tenacious enough. Hard working but very welcoming and friendly culture.
Cons
It is not a large company so you may wear a few hats, alternatively to the pro, you have a ton of opportunity not available at larger companies.
