Pros
There are some genuinely wonderful and hard working people who work here and keep the business running day to day.
Cons
There are quite a few: - First and foremost almost zero effort by leadership to interact with, encourage, or direct the team. - No positive feedback given to the group at large. If you enjoy being told you aren't doing enough despite 100% effort you will love it here. - Constant trivializing of requests as 'easy' by leadership despite, admittedly, having no context of the work required. - A results oriented environment with no goals or success criteria to measure by. Results are totally subjective so if they don't 'feel' like you are doing a good job then you are in trouble. - The building is not kept up. Bathrooms are left broken and dirty, there are bugs, and the heating/cooling is completely out of sorts so it's either baking or freezing. - Lots of words with very few actions. Leadership knew what to say but rarely followed through. - Planning and professional development are actively discouraged as 'time wasting'. - The foundation of the business is cold calling and it is treated as if times aren't changing and that business model will work indefinitely. - Leadership is very poor overall. Very outdated methods of dealing with problems and treating people. High expectations but minimal effort put into details, planning, or desired outcome.
