Pros

There are some genuinely wonderful and hard working people who work here and keep the business running day to day.

Cons

There are quite a few: - First and foremost almost zero effort by leadership to interact with, encourage, or direct the team. - No positive feedback given to the group at large. If you enjoy being told you aren't doing enough despite 100% effort you will love it here. - Constant trivializing of requests as 'easy' by leadership despite, admittedly, having no context of the work required. - A results oriented environment with no goals or success criteria to measure by. Results are totally subjective so if they don't 'feel' like you are doing a good job then you are in trouble. - The building is not kept up. Bathrooms are left broken and dirty, there are bugs, and the heating/cooling is completely out of sorts so it's either baking or freezing. - Lots of words with very few actions. Leadership knew what to say but rarely followed through. - Planning and professional development are actively discouraged as 'time wasting'. - The foundation of the business is cold calling and it is treated as if times aren't changing and that business model will work indefinitely. - Leadership is very poor overall. Very outdated methods of dealing with problems and treating people. High expectations but minimal effort put into details, planning, or desired outcome.

Pros

It starts off friendly and nice but the tables do turn

Cons

There’s a bunch of jealous Narcissistic Devils who will make your life a living hell If you produce and break records The Managers copy everything you do and claim it for themselves All the Management are Malignant Narcissists they actually get high off making you jump through hoops to get promoted only to force you into quitting None of the Management wanted to help me or train me .if you complained about poor treatment you were labeled as a gossiper and forced into quitting They promote criminals before an honest good worker The drug use was insane people nodding out on the sales floor and Management doesn’t care Renee Sanders is the DEVIL

Pros

Staff is extremely friendly and open.

Cons

They give you information and a script to read but almost everything on it is wrong. You go in with the idea that we are trying to help people but everyone tells you the information is wrong. It feels like you are scamming people without knowing it.
