Response from Casey Pierce, Managing Partner at Integrity Power Search
I’m truly sorry to read this and would never want any team member to feel this way about their experience at IPS. If that was the outcome of our time working together, I apologize sincerely.
That said, this review reads as though it may be coming from a place of frustration after a performance plan or things not working out, which is unfortunate. It saddens me that instead of remembering the time we invested in development, transparency, and collaboration, the reflection is so negative.
At IPS, we work hard to create a professional, supportive, and transparent environment where everyone knows where they stand. We are constantly evolving, listening to feedback, and striving to ensure that our team members feel respected, challenged, and valued. While no company is perfect, our intent has always been to build a culture of integrity, opportunity, and growth.
I sincerely wish this individual well in their future endeavors and hope they find an environment that aligns better with what they are looking for.
I would also encourage any potential IPS candidate to connect with both current and former team members to get an authentic perspective on our culture. At the end of the day, a commission-driven role isn’t the right fit for everyone, and that’s completely okay. My hope is always that people find the environment where they can truly thrive.
