      A positive experience if you were willing to put a high amount of work needed to make things happen with minimal support

      Pros

      Nearly unlimited opportunity to be active in a very wide range of projects and industries, and to implement new strategies and technologies. For several years, a very international workforce with engaged colleagues from 10+ countries.

      Cons

      Some important areas such as dedicated resources for employment development to be at not the standard that they could or should have been. I feel that this was in part driven by the high growth rate of the company caused. Management was partial at times to promote and prefer those who were not progressing the business forward in a positive way (if at all), which resulted in resentment that could and should have been avoided from much of the employee base.

      fun work place. Great office culture. Paid training and edu classes. Awesome perks.

      Cons

      work-life balance - long shifts Compensation - lower than expected for position but other perks make up for it.

      Pros

      Great culture, lots of motivated/young professionals from all over the world! Always room for growth if you work hard and have the right attitude. Lots of activities and social events organised after work with an awesome weekly Beer Friday. Great location in the middle of London. Lots of opportunities to travel and gain experience in presenting yourself at trade shows and client side. Great equipment with Mac's for most of the staff and a good IT help desk.

      Cons

      Intela had to deal with some negative personalities who brought down the atmosphere in the office. Office in London is too small and needs replacement. Workload can be too much now and then. Working in the evenings and weekends is not an exception with not enough people for certain regions.
