Moved up quick, off phones in 6 months, off call floor mgmt into admin in 2 year, project mgmt in 4. Frequent raises. Flexible with schedule or used to be, worked around my college courses. Gained a lot of work experience from managing employees, dealing with customers of all kind, analytics, etc... Diverse work force

Cons

Even after getting as high up as possible, just short of executive level, dealt with CEO Scott C, Dave W., Brad O., Maria C., daily, despite that plus a BS I got while working there I topped out around 17$/hr no benefits, after 6 years of out performing and advancing. This company lost a lot of talent, lucky for the talent, as they now work at AMZN, Idaho Power, DL Evans, Google, and other respected companies. Lost them all because they would not pay right. So absolutely not a career, cannot afford the talent in the back office.
